Chris did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He is very thorough, and the report provided was very easy to follow. Thanks to his work we were able to identify potentially dangerous and expensive issues in the home we were purchasing and negotiate fair compensation from the seller.

If I could give Chris more than five stars, I would. He went above and beyond for us, spending all day going through the badly abused and neglected fixer upper we are buying to make sure we saw everything he saw, that we knew about areas that might need some extra investigation (like the wiring at the dock), and to answer any questions we might have This will be our sixth house, and we have never had a house inspector as thorough as Chris Flora.
